Generation Y
Born between the late 70s and mid 90s. Other equivalent terms are "children of the millennium" or "net generation". A generation that has not experienced war and takes for granted the moral and social transformations of the years 1960-1970. The computer is part of their daily lives, the environment is their sword of Damocles. A generation that is moving fast, which has ideas. A generation that needs models. This section explores the contribution of the new generation of women to our world and how they can be highlighted.
The Women’s Forum has created the Rising Talents program, which aims at creating every year an international network of talented women between 25 and 40, coming from economic, political, research, civil society and artistic fields from all 5 continents, in order to identify the talents of tomorrow.
