CEO Champions Mexico examines ways to identify and overcome barriers to gender parity.


McKinsey & Company in partnership with the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society just released a White Paper entitled Advancing women in Mexico’s economy and society: Main barriers and needed policies to develop gender parity.

The CEO Champions Mexico White Paper identifies five main barriers and five policies to implement in order to tackle these problems and promote gender parity in the workplace. The report reflects some of the discussions about gender parity among more than 50 CEOs from around the world, which took place at the first edition of Women’s Forum Mexico.
