Come Unleash Your Leadership! at Women’s Forum Mexico

Women’s Forum Mexico 2017
Unleash your leadership!

8-9 November 2017
Hyatt Regency Mexico City

Come Unleash Your Leadership! at Women’s Forum Mexico

In 1995, Alyse Nelson found a way to “sneak in” and attend the historic Fourth UN World Conference on Women in Beijing. There, Alyse heard American First Lady Hillary R. Clinton say: Human rights are women’s rights, and women’s rights are human rights once and for all. Alyse is now the President of Vital Voices for Global Partnerships, the influential international NGO for women’s advancement she co-founded with Hillary Clinton, Madeleine Albright and Melanne Verveer, who will return to Women’s Forum Mexico this fall.

Alyse Nelson unleashed her leadership.

At the second Women’s Forum Mexico – next 8-9 November at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City (with a pre-programme for Canadian, American and Mexican entrepreneurs on 7 November), Alyse will meet with delegates such as the director of Artisanship of VOZ Veronica Currivil Nahue, an indigenous woman leader from Chile who will be traveling for the first time outside of her country.

Alyse, a Women’s Forum Rising Talent alumna, will also meet with corporate leaders such as Mari Loli Sánchez Cano Gascón, the CEO of Jafra Mexico, who is unleashing the leadership of half a million women at the bottom of the pyramid in Mexico.

With the participation of women and men leaders from around the world, delegates will find informed exchanges on what a modern leader should be, and essential dialogues on taking action in common for a better economy and society.
Delegates will meet with Massy Arias, possibly the most influential Latina fitness trainer with more than 2.3 million followers on Instagram; Vicky Saunders, the Canadian founder of SheEO, a community of women who has disrupted the way to finance, support and celebrate female innovators; Caroline Codsi, the President of “La Gouvernance au Féminin,” whose vision on including more women in corporate boards inspires beyond Canada’s borders; and Dr. Holly Andersen, one of the most respected cardiologists in the United States, who will speak on women’s health.

They will learn from artistic innovator Anuar Layon – whose jacket “Mexico is the Shit” has clearly stated it is time for countries like Mexico to unleash more leadership, and from designer and Rising Talent alumna Lorena Saravia, who will speak about how she will bring her brand to the world stage.
