*All rates are per delegate, before VAT (20%) and are in EUR for delegates based in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, as follows: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the UK. For all other countries, rates quoted are in USD.

**A special discount for startups applies if the company was created less than 5 years ago; has fewer than 51 employees worldwide; and has business objectives consistent with Women’s Forum policies.

***NGO rates are available for delegates from non-governmental organisations (only state-approved charitable organisations may be considered for NGO status; professional network associations do not qualify).

****Corporate delegation rates apply for three or more delegates from the same company.

SME rates are valid for companies and groups with fewer than 500 total employees

 

The Women’s Forum is delighted to renew our partnership with the AccorHotels group, enabling delegates to the 2017 Women’s Forum Global Meeting to book accommodation at preferential rates in 16 hotels (4-star and 5-star) situated in Paris and around Paris. Bookings may be cancelled at no charge until 20 days before the opening of the Global Meeting.
