the Levo League
Caroline Ghosn is Co-Founder and CEO of The Levo League, an innovative online community designed to guide Gen Y professional women through modern career challenges and development.
Caroline Founded The Levo League in 2011 after three + years at McKinsey & Company, immersed in projects spanning from Cleantech to philanthropy. Caroline met Levo League Co-Founder Amanda Pouchot on the first day of the job, where the two were the youngest in their respective assignments and frequently the only women.
The Levo League is the first content, career, and community platform to adopt a market-based approach to cultivating the untapped potential of women, created by and customized for Gen Y professionals.
Levo, a Latin word, means “to smooth, polish, or otherwise improve” and is the root of the word “elevate,” which captures the company’s mission for its users.
In November 2011, The Levo League will launch a revolutionary professional platform, where women will be able to find the opportunities they need across industries and better understand the values of the companies they’re considering for their paths.
The Levo League was immediately recognized as one of Forbes Woman’s “companies to watch.”
