Biography:

Gao Lan is HR VP of Lenovo Group responsible for APLA and China. Lan is a seasoned HR professional who joined Lenovo in 2009. In the past 3 years, she partnered with business leaders to build strong organization capability & talent pool, which are critical to the business success. She has set up clear vision & strategy in APLA and China, built a very solid HR partners team, and initiated talent & leadership development programs. Lan has a rich history as an HR professional in Fortune 500 multinational companies. Before joining Lenovo, Lan worked for Thomson as HR VP for Asia Pacific. She worked as HR VP for Asia Gas in BP. And prior to that, Lan was Country Head of HR for Novartis China & HK.
