Biography:

Mercedes Erra is Executive President of Havas Worldwide and Founder of BETC, France’s #1 advertising agency. Mercedes is a Chevalier of the Légion d’honneur and recipient of the French National Order of Merit. And mother of five children. Born in Catalonia, Mercedes graduated from HEC and the Sorbonne. She is often consulted on consumer evolutions and specializes in brand thinking and building. She contributed to major strategic shifts for brands such as Danone, Evian and Air France. Since January 2010, Mercedes has been appointed as President of the board of the Cité Nationale de l’histoire de l’Immigration in Paris.
