INCLUSIVE SOURCING JOURNEY

The Women4Business Daring Circle has launched the Women’s Forum Inclusive Sourcing Journey, as part of its Toolkit for Action. The Toolkit is a collaborative effort by the partners of the Daring Circle.

The Inclusive Sourcing Journey is a new digital tool which will assess the maturity, reach and impact of an organisation’s supplier diversity and inclusive sourcing practices. Use of the assessment tool is provided on a complimentary basis from the Women’s Forum and its knowledge partner Kearney.

Respondents will receive a customised assessment report which benchmarks their positioning and advises on specific actions their company can take to advance equal opportunity and gender-inclusivity in its procurement practices.
