What kind of prosperity do we want to build?​

When we hear the word prosperity, we often think of economic growth. Yet the concept has always meant something broader. Derived from the Latin prosperitas, it evokes the idea of flourishing and favorable outcomes. Its roots are traditionally traced to prospere, « according to one's hope », reminding us that prosperity is also about confidence in the future.​

As AI transforms work, climate and demographic transitions reshape economies, and geopolitical shifts redefine our world, the challenge is to ensure these transformations expand opportunity and contribute to a future that more people can help build and benefit from.​

The 2026 Global Meeting explores how the future of work, innovation and human potential can drive more inclusive prosperity and why women's participation is essential to shaping that future.​​

Across two days of keynotes, debates and interactive sessions, the programme examines how prosperity is being redefined in real time.​

How can technological progress expand opportunity rather than deepen divides? What will meaningful work look like in the age of AI? How can financial inclusion, health and education strengthen economic resilience? What role can entrepreneurship, leadership and innovation play in driving long-term growth? And how do culture, creativity, media and storytelling influence the way societies imagine and build the future?​

Bringing together perspectives from business, government, academia, science, culture and civil society, the programme explores the choices, tensions and opportunities that will define prosperity in the decades ahead.​

What does prosperity mean today?

As the foundations of our economies and societies shift, long-held assumptions about growth, progress and success are being put to the test. Through perspectives spanning business, health, culture, finance and sustainability, speakers will consider what prosperity should look like in the decades ahead.​

The main plenary programme brings together around 400 participants for keynote speeches, fireside chats, interviews and high-level debates with influential leaders from business, government, academia and civil society.​


Impact Talks

Deeper conversations. Practical insights.​

These interactive sessions gathering around 200 participants offer a closer look at the issues shaping the future of prosperity. Through panels, case studies and solution-oriented discussions, participants engage directly with experts and practitioners in a more intimate setting.​​

Labs

Learn, exchange, act.​

Designed for smaller groups of up to 50 participants, the Labs are hands-on workshops focused on leadership, career development and innovation. Participants leave with practical tools, new perspectives and actionable ideas they can apply immediately.​
