She holds a first-class honor degree in computer science and began her career in 2007 at the Saudi American Bank, eventually overseeing all female-centric branches in the Kingdom.
Her leadership prowess was further demonstrated at Oracle and in a groundbreaking role at Microsoft, Ashwaq became the first Saudi woman to lead the Saudi central government, spearheading strategic initiatives and fostering innovation in the digital realm.
As the Managing Director in KSA, her key goals revolve around driving sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and creating value for stakeholders.
