Description
After 20 years at a global technology leader, where she notably launched and led the Innovation Center in France for several years, Albane joined KPMG in 2019 to take charge of, structure, and develop an Innovation Department: KPMG Innovation Lab. Relying on recognized methodologies, Albane manages a team of 12 people who support the firm's and its clients' transformations towards new models of prosperity. With her team, she develops foresight and strategic research content, from which custom projects are designed to open companies to new business models. This innovation approach combines inspiration, projection, and co-design, generating desirable and concrete action plans.
