Ioana Ciupe is Chief of Staff to AXA’s Group Chief Technology Operations Officer, also leading EmpowHER – an initiative aimed at improving the gender balance in the tech world.
With more than 15 years of experience, both in consulting and in different operational and management roles within several multi-national groups and new ventures, she is experienced in business transformation, operations, global programs management, innovation, and change.
She has a strong international dimension (having worked in Germany, England, United States, France, Lithuania, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia), holds a Master’s degree in Management and is certified in Innovation and Entrepreneurship by Stanford University.
