Athina Marmorat founded the association Rêv’Elles in 2013 to address the lack of career opportunities for young girls from disadvantaged neighborhoods. Rêv'Elles helps young women to dream bigger, aim higher, and gain self-confidence. Supported by the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion since 2019, Rêv'Elles has been awarded the UN Women France label (ONU FEMME FRANCE)
As a consultant and trainer in educational engineering for several corporate foundations and NGO working on equal opportunity initiatives, Athina Marmorat has delivered numerous workshops in schools on career guidance and professional integration. In 2024, she was awarded the title of " Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite "by Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne.
