Description
Karen Noblinski has been a criminal lawyer for 5 years. She set up her own firm 2 years ago and is specialised in criminal law, particularly cyber harassment and sexual violence.
The firm is committed to fighting all legal loopholes, especially in sensitive cases.
In 2022, she was named amongst one of Vanity Fair's 30 under 30.
For several years now, she has been writing articles and papers on the constitutionalisation of the right to abortion, on improving the filing of complaints and, more recently, on the fight against anti-Semitism. Women's rights are at the heart of its commitments.
Karen Noblinski has worked on the legal treatment of sexual violence and has developed particular expertise in the fight against cyber harassment, intervening both on behalf of victims and in their defence. She wishes to link the exercice of her profession to her fights.
Considering the proliferation of platforms enabling harassment and the increasingly young age of the perpetrators, Karen Noblinski has taken up these issues and made them her daily fight. She speaks out in schools and in the press, convinced that education is one of the solutions to this scourge.
She teaches criminal law at Sciences Po
