Andrea Dih Kahn is the Market Lead for WEConnect International in France, where she focuses on building strategic partnerships between corporate buyers and women-owned businesses. As a passionate advocate for women entrepreneurs, she is dedicated to identifying and certifying women-owned businesses in France and creating a robust support network through training and events.
With over 14 years of experience in finance, technology, and insurance, Andrea is a seasoned transformation consultant who has helped numerous global organizations achieve sustainable, tech-driven change. Andrea’s leadership extends beyond her corporate role. Her commitment to empowering women is further demonstrated through her involvement in global networks, where she actively fosters leadership, mentorship and tech skills development.
In addition to her professional work, Andrea plays a vital role as a business angel, supporting startups through Paris Business Angels and other entrepreneurial initiatives across France. She is also the President of the ESSEC Alumni Digital & Technology Club, where she champions digital transformation initiatives and innovation.
Known for her hands-on approach and passion for mentorship, Andrea excels at building lasting partnerships and guiding future leaders. Outside of her career, she is a mother of two daughters and enjoys visiting art exhibitions and museums with her family. She is also passionate about reading leadership books and hosts a podcast, Catalyseurs Engagés des Organisations, where she discusses leadership, sustainable transformation, diversity & inclusion.
