As a former engineer from the Institut National Agronomique Paris Grignon, Delphine Viguier-Hovasse is global brand president of the number 1 beauty brand in the world, L’Oréal Paris. While she dreamed of doing reconstructed skin research in the laboratory, fate decided otherwise and led her to Marketing when she started at L'Oréal. she has held various marketing management positions at Gemey-Maybelline, Garnier and quickly became International Marketing Director of L’Oréal Paris makeup. From there, she climbed her way up and embracing new challenges: she was named Executive Director of Lascad, a major step in her career, before being appointed Executive Director of Decléor and Carita International, followed by her role as global brand president of Garnier to rebrand Garnier as a “natural brand”. In 2019, she became first women to endorse the role of Global Brand President of L’Oréal Paris.
Committed to empowering women all around the world, she strongly believes that beauty should be accessible to everyone, and that every woman should have the right to be both feminine and feminist.
Along with her team, Delphine Viguier-Hovasse fights for inclusivity, diversity and solidarity. She is boldly determined to give every woman a chance, and to encourage them to embrace their own beauty, and their own standards, while being true to themselves.
