AI, climate change, shifting demographics, rising tensions and polarization are reshaping how we work, live and create value, at a time when trust in institutions, technology and one another is increasingly being tested.

Traditional assumptions no longer hold. New forces are shifting what it takes for people, businesses and societies to thrive, and challenging us to rethink the systems we have built and the choices we make.

What will it take to thrive in this new reality? Who shapes what comes next, and who benefits? And how do we ensure women have an equal role in defining the answers?

The Women’s Forum will bring together leaders from business, government, academia, culture and civil society to take on A New Equation. From work and health to cities, natural resources, youth and human creativity, each is part of the equation, interconnected and essential to the future we are building.

Designed for smaller groups of up to 50 participants, the Labs are hands-on workshops focused on leadership, career development and innovation. Participants leave with practical tools, new perspectives and actionable ideas they can apply immediately.​
