Biography

Emmanuelle Gautier is the CEO and co-founder of Gynger, the women’s health platform for the workplace. A graduate of HEC Paris, where she built experience in strategy, marketing and investment, she founded Gynger right after graduating, with one conviction: health should never hold back a woman’s life or career. Gynger gives employees fast, confidential chat access to women’s health experts (midwives, gynecologists, psychologists, sexologists, dietitians) through their employer or mutual insurer, and is developing an AI that helps practitioners support every woman at scale. Today, 30,000 women are covered. Emmanuelle is committed to making women’s health a workplace priority, from menstrual health and endometriosis to fertility and menopause. She recently led a national study of more than 2,000 women on their health at work. Her ambition: to make Gynger every woman’s health reflex.
