Founder
Biography
Olivia Andrez is the founder and president of Citadelle Advisory, a Paris-based communications and strategic advisory firm. She advises business leaders, companies, investment funds and cultural institutions on reputation, influence and public affairs.
A graduate of HEC Paris and Durham University, she worked as a directrice de cabinet (chief of staff in French government), and for agencies before founding Citadelle. This background gives her a close understanding of how public decisions are made, and long experience in sensitive communications across the business, political and media worlds.
Deeply involved in cultural life, she founded and chairs Le Paris de la Culture, an association that hosts talks and events with leading intellectual and artistic figures.
She is a member of the Honorary Committee of the Institut Aspen France.
