Biography

Véronique Forge Karibian is a TV, print and digital journalist. Advisor to the Milken Institute and mentor for African startups. She hosted TV Programmes on French TV such as "Femmes d'Exception" whose guests were French and international speakers in all areas: from Business to culture ( ie Christine Lagarde, Simone Veil, Barbara Hendricks etc...), a News magazine and a programme on the African continent. She was also head of international news for Direct Soir, a daily newspaper. She founded a digital media and platform, Business O Féminin, which gathers more than 80K subscribers and a podcast with over 30K. In 2024, she launched The Female Leadership Forum, an annual event which takes place in Paris every year in march. She also founded the Business O Féminin awards which reward female entrepreneurs since 2017. She has been involved in women issues for the past 20 years working with partners such as Google, AXA, BNP Paribas, Publicis, Vivatech and the Women's Forum. She is graduated from Sciences-Po Paris, holds a master in media and communication from the London School of Economics, a master in Marketing from ESCP Business School, a master in international journalism from City University and was selected for the Goldman Sachs program 10KSB with ESSEC Business School.
