Sharon is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Motherswork, a company that she established 25 years ago. As CEO of the leading omni-channel retailer specialising in premium mother, baby and kids’ products in Singapore and China, with over 300 brands, Sharon shepherds a workforce of 125 employees to provide a seamless shopping experience for parents seeking the very best for their children—at every stage of parenthood. Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Sharon cut her teeth in the corporate world spending a decade at Coopers & Lybrand and another as the Tax and Treasury Director of a U.S. multinational firm. Her attention to detail, commitment to excellence and strong business acumen are not only a reflection of her ability to build a multi-million dollar retail empire, but also a demonstration of her innovative spirit. Driven by the mission to help women journey through motherhood as well as advising young entrepreneurs to think globally, Sharon finds sharing not just practical insights and strategies, but also a vision of empowerment, deeply fulfilling. A firm believer in turning ideas into reality and a relentless learner, Sharon aims to prove that 60 is the new 40.
