Description

Sarah joined Insignia Ventures Partners management team in 2017 as the first finance hire and was promoted as CFO in 2020. Before Insignia, Sarah was the finance lead in AIRmaker, an IoT incubator led by Ascendas Singbridge, SG Innovate and Runyang Group. Prior to AIRmaker, Sarah was with Singtel Innov8, a leading corporate venture capital fund for 5 years. She led the setting up of Singtel Innov8 corporate structures, securing license, tax incentive and was one of the first hires for the fund. Sarah also spent 3 years in the Singapore entity of Health Management International Limited where she led the move from SGX catalist to main board and involved in public offering and organising AGM. Sarah graduated from University of Technology, Sydney with Bachelor of Business, double major in Accounting and Finance. She is also a member of the CPA Australia.
