Biography

Isabelle Xoual is a Managing Director at Lazard and has been working with the Firm since 1998. She is a member of Lazard Paris executive committee.. She had previously been an M&A advisor at Rothschild from 1991-1998. She has been involved in numerous transactions involving large state-owned industrial companies and has led advisory assignments for private companies and financial sponsors (acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, cross border transactions, public take-over, defense against activists ….) in a wide variety of industries including retail, healthcare, aerospace, industrials, natural resources, food and consumer. She is supporting the Rising Talent Program for the Women's Forum.
