Biography

Sibylle Le Maire is Bayard Group's Executive Director in charge of Development. She founded Club Landoy, a think tank dedicated to the demographic transition and social transformation of companies (2019). Club Landoy brings together 27 companies and their executives, mainly from the CAC 40 (L'Oréal, BNP, Dassault Systèmes, Axa, Sanofi, Microsoft, EDF, Orange, Linkedin...), and aims to promote new approaches and innovative solutions to promote concrete action in favour of social progress. In April 2025, over 300 companies signed the first inter-company agreement on the employment of over-50s, launched by Club Landoy in March 2023. She created ViveS, the first online media for women who dare to talk about money. It supports women over 45 in their careers. ViveS is driven by the conviction that women's progress also depends on increasing their economic and financial expertise. She is a member of the board of Forces Femmes, an association that supports unemployed women over 45 in their efforts to return to work and start their own businesses.
