Biography
Chief Executive Officer of La France Mutualiste since November 2022 and a member of the Executive Committee of Malakoff Humanis since September 2024, Isabelle Le Bot is a graduate of ESSEC and holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Business Law and Taxation. A qualified lawyer, she began her career as an attorney with Arthur Andersen International. Isabelle Le Bot spent 18 years at AXA in various positions, including Director of Distribution and Economic Performance Management for the networks. In 2017, she continued her career at Matmut as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of member relations.
