Biography

Bea Gasca is a renowned Mexican human rights advocate, HR leader, and prominent voice in diversity and inclusion. She has held executive positions at Whirlpool, Nestlé, Aeroméxico and currently serves as Global HR Leader at JobFit by Vensure in Houston, Texas. She is the founder of Human Endeavor, a digital HR consultancy, and co-founder of Dalia Empower, a women's empowerment center. Bea has received three honorary doctorates for her manual "Equalizing Opportunities", and was recognized by Forbes Mexico as one of the 100 Most Powerful Women. Bea was selected as a Rising Talent by the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society and serves as LATAM Chair for the Cherie Blair Foundation. She made history as the first visibly pregnant Latina to appear on the cover of a business magazine. She has spoken globally on inclusion, with appearances at TED Talks (2019) and the World Economic Forum in Davos (2020 and 2024). In 2021, she launched Womanpalooza, the first concert aimed at raising global awareness about violence against women, and founded the Women Business Club, a gender-focused business platform. Her upcoming book, which details her political persecution for defending women survivors of violence, is set to be published next summer.
