Biography
Rima Chabene is Transformation Director at RATP Dev since 2025, after close to 20 years leading and transforming organizations within RATP Group.
Rima spent most of these years in strategic procurement, driving high-stake projects, managing complex portfolios, and implementing ambitious performance plans. She then worked for several years as head of RATP Group University, spearheading the transformation training and learning.
Her systemic approach—focused on client experience and business model sustainability—reflects a modern, purpose-driven vision of leadership.
Rima holds dual degrees in Law and Purchasing. She is Franco-Lebanese and grew up in Senegal in an entrepreneurial environment where transformation was seen as a powerful lever for positive impact and meaningful change.
