Biography
An engaged entrepreneur and global citizen, Sabine Van Vlaenderen Badinter grew up in Asia, where she developed an early curiosity for cultural diversity and an open-minded outlook on others. At 19, she began her career and explored the world of fashion for over a decade before turning to interior architecture. In 2002, she co-founded ID55 with an associate, which she led for fifteen years, managing high-end projects in France and abroad.
Alongside her entrepreneurial path, Sabine has long been involved in social and environmental initiatives, including with the Bloom Association, which works to preserve biodiversity and marine habitats.
In 2019, she joined the Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet Foundation for Vocation, driven by its mission to identify and support young talents in fulfilling their vocation. She led the foundation’s development and fundraising before becoming its Executive Director in 2024, with a clear ambition: to give every vocation the means to thrive and contribute to society.
Driven by the conviction that passion, courage, perseverance, and solidarity can transform lives, Sabine embodies a generation of women who connect action and meaning, heritage and innovation, to build a fairer, more inspiring and more sustainable future.
