Biography

Célica Thellier is the Co-founder of ChooseMyCompany, a purpose-driven organization dedicated to fostering transparent, meaningful, and human relationships between companies and their stakeholders. An American citizen and graduate of Princeton University and HEC Paris, she has worked with leading organizations such as Orange, Accenture, L’Oréal, LVMH, and Stellantis, as well as with top academic institutions and the French National Assembly, to advance engagement, inclusion, and trust within workplaces and institutions. Before founding ChooseMyCompany, Célica held positions in Marketing and Human Resources at L’Oréal in both Europe and the United States. Her research on engagement and workplace culture has been featured in Les Échos, Le Figaro, and Stratégies, among others. She advocates for a holistic vision of relationships — one where trust, purpose, and collective impact connect individuals, organizations, and society.
