Biography
Virginie Fauvel is CEO of Harvest Group, the European leader in wealth management software.
She began her career at Cetelem, where she led the group's digital transformation. She then held senior management positions at BNP Paribas, where she oversaw the launch of Hello Bank!, and at Allianz, where she was responsible for digital and artificial intelligence before leading the Americas region for Allianz Trade (Euler Hermes).
Since 2020, she has been leading the Harvest Group, which she has significantly expanded in France and internationally through seven acquisitions in five years.
She serves on the boards of Pernod Ricard and OP Mobility, and co-chairs the Innovation and Digital Commission of MEDEF.
She is also a board member of Numeum and a Knight of the French National Order of Merit.
