Biography
As an ESSEC graduate, Laureline began her career at the Boston Consulting Group, where she managed for 6 years a portfolio of 10 different industries in the US and Europe. In 2011, she started working as a Strategic Partner Manager for Google France before taking on the Head of Retail position, where she helped clients with their digital transformation. Laureline then moved to Le Crédit Agricole Group Consumer Finance as Group Chief Digital Officer in order to conduct transformation projects within different sectors: marketing, customer relationships, data and innovation. She arrived at Uber in June 2019 to take on the General Manager role for JUMP France and Belgium, in order to develop JUMP electric bikeshare and scooters service available in the Uber app. In August 2020, Laureline became Uber's General Manager in France. A strong advocate of nonviolent communication and mother of three, Laureline built a career path aligned with her personal values. At Uber, this translates into a focus on electric transition, women safety and social dialogue.
