Biography

Emma is Global Inclusion Leader for the multinational network of professional services firms Deloitte. In this role, Emma leads the organization’s global inclusion strategy, focused on enabling everyone to succeed and thrive at work. Emma also leads the development and delivery of thought leadership aligned to this strategy, including the annual ‘Women @ Work – A Global Outlook’ report and the 2024 Disability @ work – A Global Outlook report. Prior to holding this role, Emma was Managing partner for Talent of Deloitte UK and Deloitte NWE for 6 years, alongside her work advising clients on mitigating integrity risk. In 2021, Emma was awarded Honorary Membership by the UK’s ICAEW for her work championing gender equality in the UK accountancy profession. She is one of only 11 people to have been awarded this prestigious recognition.
