Biography

Helen Brown is Chief People Officer at STACK Infrastructure, where she leads the company’s people and culture strategy across Europe. With more than three decades of experience spanning technology, media, and digital industries, Helen has built a career at the intersection of innovation, leadership, and human potential. Beginning her career as a technology pioneer with EDS and later ID Media, she went on to lead digital transformation at Draft FCB before turning her focus to people strategy. As Group Talent Officer at iris and later Global Chief HR & Talent Officer at MediaCom (WPP), Helen designed and implemented global frameworks for leadership, performance, and mobility that fuelled rapid international growth. At WPP, she served as Global Chief People & Operations Officer and later as Group Director of Crisis Management & Business Resilience, leading the company’s global response to the COVID-19 pandemic and other critical events. Helen is passionate about creating environments where people thrive through fairness, inclusion, and trust—believing that when people feel valued and empowered, innovation and resilience naturally follow. Outside work, she embraces adventure and discovery, living by the motto “Feel the fear and do it anyway.”
