Biography
Florence Sandis is a French coach, keynote speaker, entrepreneur and author, dedicated to helping women break barriers and rise to leadership.
After more than twenty years in the media industry, she founded Brisez le Plafond de Verre, an organization devoted to empowering women to claim their voice, confidence, and ambitions - www.brisezleplafonddeverre.com
As President of médiaClub’Elles, she leads a network of over 800 women in the audiovisual and creative industries, promoting inclusion, mentorship, and gender equality.
Through her book “Brisez le plafond de verre – 12 keys to succeed as a woman” (Michel Lafon Editions), she offers practical insights and inspiring stories to help women grow with authenticity and strength.
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the Sorbonne, Florence combines strategic thinking with emotional intelligence and storytelling to inspire transformation in both individuals and organizations. She helps them unlock their full potential. Her work focuses on leadership, diversity, communication, and personal empowerment.
In recognition of her career and long-standing commitment to equality, Florence Sandis was made Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur by the French Republic. She continues to inspire change through her conferences, executive programs, and mentoring initiatives, helping others lead with confidence, courage, and purpose.
