Biography

Dominique Wood-Benneteau was appointed ENGIE Group Communication and Brand Vice-President) in January 2021. During her career in corporate communication and executive consulting, Dominique developed her expertise in supporting and implementing strategic action plans, crisis communication as well as influence communication and brand strategy. From 2018 to 2020, she was Director of Communication for the Carrefour Group. In this role, she notably contributed to the deployment of the Carrefour 2022 strategic plan and the implementation of an innovative communication platform, Act for Food, aimed at positioning Carrefour as the leader of a global food transition. Previously, she held similar positions at Air France-KLM, as Director of Communications for the Franco-Dutch group and Deputy General Manager of Air France, in charge of Communication and Brand, and at Transdev, one of the world's leading public transport and mobility companies. From 2001 to 2013, Dominique was Managing Director of W (Conran Design), an agency of the Havas communication group. In this role, she assisted large groups and government agencies in their strategic communication and advised their leaders, top executives and ministers. Dominique began her career as a consultant in large communication groups and as a freelancer. She holds a post graduate diploma (DEA) in industrial economics and a master's degree in economics.
