Biography

After more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources within several major multidisciplinary groups in France and internationally—such as the Adecco Group and Accenture—Leslie Dehant joined the Executive Committee of KPMG in 2023 as Chief Human Resources and Talent Experience Officer. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to people management, change leadership, and employee engagement. In the context of KPMG becoming a purpose-driven company in France, Leslie Dehant plays a key role in supporting the firm’s transformation across all HR dimensions. Her mission is to deliver a distinctive talent experience and enhance the firm’s attractiveness by implementing the promise of “l’autre contrat” (a different contract), designed to meet the new generations’ need for meaning and positive impact.
