Biography
Professor Lamiae Azizi, is an expert of AI and its interaction with
modern technologies: IoT, Quantum Computing; and
Cybersecurity. Lamiae holds a PhD in Applied Mathematicsfrom
Joseph Fourier University and INRIA-Grenoble. She has held
various academic and leadership positions at the University of
Cambridge (UK) and the University of Sydney (Australia). Currently she is Professor and the scientific research director of the joint accelerated research centre in AI between University Mohamed VI Polytechnic (UM6P) and OCP, world's largest producer of phosphate and phosphate-based products.
