Biography

Philippe Coléon is the Co-Founder and President of Acadomia, a leading private education company in France, active in tutoring, teaching, and vocational guidance. A father of four with very different learning profiles, Philippe’s personal experience convinced him that education must be deeply personalized. After observing international school systems, particularly in Anglo-Saxon countries, he became convinced that more children could grow up happy and confident at school. In 1997, drawing on his entrepreneurial spirit and his previous experience in leading international communication agencies such as Havas and Ogilvy, he co-founded Acadomia to bring to life his vision of a positive, trust-based, and individualized approach to learning. Today, Acadomia’s mission is to re-enchant education by fostering collaboration between families and teachers to help every child thrive in the world of today and tomorrow. In 2025, Philippe Coléon founded Rêves d’Avenir, a foundation that gives underprivileged children the opportunity to make their dreams come true.
