Biography
Maria Lorente Fraguas is EVP HR Group at Bureau Veritas, where she plays a key role in evolving the Group’s people model, fostering the development of strategic skills, and implementing new ways of working through technology augmentation. She brings extensive global Human Resources leadership experience, with a strong focus on talent development, organizational transformation, and diversity and inclusion. Previously, Maria served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Corporate Social Responsibility Officer at Nexans, where she was also a member of the Executive Committee, leading HR strategy and initiatives across the organization.
