After her business school in Dublin & 2 years at Polytechnic University of Spain, she begins her career at Accor group (5 700 hotels, 45+ brands, 360,000+ team members).
Starting junior, to top management, she worked on strategic projects such as Accor Live Limitless launch or the Paris Saint Germain deal and then leading her own department : managing digital communication for their 40 brands & also celebrities & VIPs worldwide.
Within 7 years of working for the Accor group, and managing to create a strong network & communication expertise, she launched her own agency Ginger & Limón.
Working on 360 communication strategy with 2 main entities 1 for luxury & lifestyle brands, 1 for celebrities to work with them on their image.
Clarisse Castan is not only a successful entrepreneur and talent agent, but also deeply committed to social causes and women’s empowerment.
Clarisse’s engagements around health solidarity, humanitarian support, women’s empowerment, she demonstrates a vision of associative action that is cross-sectoral and strategic: she leverages her professional platform to support causes and create ecosystems.
