By focusing on advancing gender equality, the Women’s Forum aims to highlight the unique perspectives and contributions of women while driving actionable solutions to pressing global challenges. Supporting women's entrepreneurship, revealing the next influential women leaders, empowering the youth community, and connecting C-level executives who drive change are among the Women's Forum initiatives' strategies. 
The world needs the leadership of a new generation – a generation that is more fired up than ever about climate action, human rights and economic, racial and gender justice. Our Youth Voices initiative was born to raise the voices of young people and allow youth representatives to be heard by international leaders.
