Women's Forum Community

Since 2007, the Rising Talents initiative detects and reveals high profile women under 40 from private and public sector, on their way to becoming influential leaders. Today, this initiative gathers over 270 talented women from all around the world, including Nobel Prize laureates, scientists and CEOs such as Alyse Nelson, CEO of Vital Voices and Christel Heydemann, CEO of Orange. 
We're excited to announce that applications for the 2025 promotion are now opened!
You'll have the chance to meet the finalists at the 2025 Global Meeting.


 You can apply if:

  • You are a woman under 40 
  • You are driving meaningful impact in your field, community or beyond
  • You demonstrate strong leadership, initiative and the courage to challenge the status quo 
  • You are committed to contributing to a more inclusive, sustainable, and equitable world  
  • You have an international outlook and are fluent in English 
  • You are eager to engage with and contribute actively to the Women’s Forum community
