Women's Forum Community

Since 2007, the Rising Talents initiative detects and reveals high profile women under 40 from private and public sector, on their way to becoming influential leaders. Today, this initiative gathers over 270 talented women from all around the world, including Nobel Prize laureates, scientists and CEOs such as Alyse Nelson, CEO of Vital Voices and Christel Heydemann, CEO of Orange. 
We're excited to announce that applications for the 2025 promotion are now opened!
You'll have the chance to meet the finalists at the 2025 Global Meeting.


 You can apply if:

  • You are a woman under 40 years old 
  • You demonstrate remarkable skills, courage and leadership in her professional and personal life 
  • You generate a positive impact in her community, professional environment, and society 
  • You are passionate about giving back to the community, and interested in being actively involved with the Women’s Forum network 
  • You have an international mindset and speaks fluent English 
  • You are committed to being an ambassador of the Women’s Forum, contributing to the Women’s Forum international events
