Co-founded by the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society and HEC Paris Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, Women Entrepreneurs 4 Good (WE4G) is a unique accelerator program that supports women entrepreneurs at the early stages of their journey.
This 7-month online program equips participants with the resources and capabilities to innovate and grow their businesses through coaching, visibility, technical support, and access to a global network of stakeholders and partners.
Launched in March 2021 as a concrete response to the negative impacts of the Covid-19 crisis on women entrepreneurs, WE4G continues to address persistent challenges such as gender bias, work-life balance, and limited access to funding.
On average, only 2.3% of VC funding went to women-led startups in 2024.
This initiative is carried out in partnership with HEC Paris, Bank of America, and Rexel.
